    Renting in Bristol has been a difficult task but I am very happy with the service from Cloud 9. Angela has been most amazing in helping out, theres no games and no unnecessary stuff in viewing the apartment. The renting process has been made transparent and easy, I would highly recommend the agency. And thank you again for your help Angela!

    I am extremely pleased with this company . I have always found them professional , caring and very supportive in finding my children homes when they moved out of home to go to uni then subsequently want their own properties Samara always goes the extra mile and often works out of hours . Her customer service is exceptional as is her empathetic , caring and professional manner . Things go wrong in properties , some landlords are better than others but it is the response of the management company that counts and Cloud9 will never disappoint . Cant recommend enough

    Amazing help from Samara - I believe we managed to break the Guinness World Records at turning around moving in, from going to see the property within 48 hours!! Would whole heartedly recommend. 6 Stars!!

    My son is a current tenant in a house managed by Cloud9. His first time living away from home, moving in with two strangers to a house that turned into a horror story. Samara heard about their story when me, my son and housemate urgently viewed another property, and was very empathetic. She promised to take good care of them, and help them the best she could. She secured this second house for them and has been a wonderful agent since. Samara is quick to respond, has gone out of her way to help in urgent situations, allowed me to collect a spare key on a weekend, is friendly, helpful and communicative. Having my son live away from home, and being in healthy and communicative connection with Samara has been reassuring. She is both professional and friendly. Although the previous review is connected to the same house, I share none of the same issues. Samara is a good managing agent.

    Over the years i have been both a tenant and landlord and unfortunately Cloud9 is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. We have found out that she provided false information in the tenancy agreement, failed to provide the necessary documents to tenants, a dangerous gas leak was discovered upon moving in AFTER an inspection was apparently conducted (the report has never been provided, despite numerous requests), an aggressive tone threatening charges when my daughter reported a water leak, which was present before the tenancy started. Its enough to make me wonder if they are even trying to keep within the law. Samara appears unprofessional, uncooperative and obstructive. In the end when she refused to discuss totally valid issues I had to make a formal complaint. She failed to comply with her own procedures (her response was beyond 15 days) and she failed to address the problems. I have tried to communicate and be fair, but I have had nothing but deliberately poor service, so I am going to seek redress from the Ombudsman. Based on my experience i would steer well clear if you are a landlord or tenant. I cant give less than one star.
