I have never had such a poor experience with a building management company. Awful communication, can't get things done, refuses to speak to tenants, nightmare company.

Terrible property management company. In the 6 years they maintained our building we lost the space for our bins and have to leave rubbish on the street, failed to fix a flooded basement and left it to the new company to deal with, did not ensure all windows were cleaned by the company they paid and the lift was constantly out of order. They were slow and unhelpful at best and at worst negligent.

I did some work for customers who live on Royal York Cresent. They asked me if they could pay through Hml The problem is I have not been payed by hml Its been over a month. When I have phoned them they pretend to be shocked Ive not been payed yet still avoid giving me a payment date or a figure. I read the reviews ! Residents say hml are quick to send debt collectors if residents dont pay them on time. Well hml you should pay your dues on time.
