Moving here was so convenient. The apartments are well designed with great storage. The H&G team are all really friendly and get any issues resolved quickly, lovely jubbly.

Hawkins & George offers a great place to live, with lovely apartments and facilities. A special mention must go to the excellent service, with Sarah and the rest of the Grainger team consistently going above and beyond (and willing to buy some extra board games for the H&G board games club if you ask nicely)!

My young family have been living in Hawkins and George since July 2022. Our two bed apartment is modern, energy efficient and beautifully furnished. The communal areas are also a massive bonus, especially the rooftop lounge. The location is super central - just a short walk to the centre city, and close to public transport. However, the main selling points is the amazing residence team; Sarah, Olivia, Craig and Owen. They are such a warm and welcoming bunch. They've been able to resolve any issues we've had quickly and I love our little chats. Plus they're always up for a cuddle with our little baby!! We have lived in several apartment blocks and this is by far the most sociable. The residence team have organised several social events throughout the year which has been a great opportunity to meet other residents - which has been great for us as we are new to Bristol. Highly recommend!!

H&G has been a lovely apartment for our young family, however the biggest selling point was the residents service team. Sarah and her team have constantly made this a welcoming community to live in, which helped us when moving to a new city. Sarah, Craig, Owen, Olivia - you are all awesome.

We recently moved into the complex and have thoroughly enjoyed our time so far. Our initial tour of the buildings made us feel right at home. After moving in, we were in need of maintenance and assistance, which Owen was quick to help us with. While our one bedroom is on the pricier range, it is worth every pound. The flat is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The gym is well maintained. The parcel management system is very well done. The team at H&G clearly takes pride in their work and this is evident in the customer's experience. Our time with H&G so far completely outshone other managed apartments we have lived in in the past.
