        Great team in City Property Lets. Recently we had our rental property renovated and Wendy and the team were excellent in organising the project with both a professional and personalised service throughout. We have been with City Property Lets for many years and recommend them highly.

        Students AVOID! Me and my housemates are having an awful experience with City Lets. We have had mould in the house since we moved in which was painted over to fix the problem. They are withholding 240 of our deposits for cleaning which is quite laughable as we had to ask for a cleaner when we moved in as it was so disgusting. In regards to cleaning we left the house looking a lot better than we moved. I would not recommend this company to any students and there are a lot better agents out there.
