    Dealing with this agency was a nightmare. I dealt with one of the directors of the company, someone who I would expect to be of high quality in terms of showing what the company are capable of. What I ended up with was someone who didn't respond to my emails or phone calls until making multiple attempts over multiple days, someone who blatantly lied to our faces about what they were passing onto the landlord, and an overall snobby and stuck-up attitude. The girls I spoke to on the admin team were very helpful and probably the only highlight I have to give. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Refreshing experience! Viewed 2 properties on a Saturday on both occasions the staff member was on time, well presented clearly knew the properties well and was very informative. I've had many poor experiences over the past few years but this really was a breath of fresh air. Neither of the properties were suitable for me (not their fault) so the search continues. Thanks to the Accommodation Unlimited team for their time and professionalism.

    I used Accomodation Unlimited to find a property to rent out & then paid a fee for them to manage my tenants from September 2020 to December 2022. In this time, I dealt with Peter & colleagues being very slow to reply to emails, sometimes requiring me to send multiple follow up emails and having to call them after not being replied to for over a month at a time. I looked through my email history to find some proof of this and found this: On 26 Aug 2021 I set up a new email address and asked to be contacted on that email in future and to be resent a few invoices that had been sent to my old email address, on 13 September I emailed again asking for the invoices as I had been ignored for almost 3 weeks. On 22 September I called up after still being ignored and was sent the invoices shortly after. Why did it take them over a month in which I paid them a monthly fee for work I didnt feel like they were doing? On 26 June 2022 I realised I had not been sent the rental income for the month of June so I emailed asking why. I received an email that he was away until the 27th so I expected a reply shortly. On 7 August 2022, I realised I still had not been paid so emailed again and received an automated reply that Peter was out of the office until the 17th. On the 24th I still hadnt heard from him so I sent another email saying I wasnt pleased, he replied within 25 minutes saying the tenants had not paid it yet. Why did he not get back to me sooner if all he was going to reply with was one sentence? I understand that if the tenants dont pay their rent, he cant send it to me but I expected to be communicated with so I knew what was going on. As well as this, Peter forwarded an email from the tenants (dated Nov 24) saying that the decking in their garden was rotting and their foot had gone through it but Peter told me it wouldnt need replacing til the spring and would be fine. When I went to have a look that week I realised that it was a massive health and safety issue that needed replacing ASAP. Why had Peter allowed it to reach this point without informing me of any issues in the inspections AUL did? I even received one on Nov 29 saying there were no issues to report The whole point of my employing AUL is to take the stress out of managing a property but actually, working with them left me more stressed and aggravated than I would have been without. As a result I decided to leave and move to another management company but AUL made this difficult for me by avoiding emails regarding the new company doing a viewing on the flat and I didnt manage to set up a viewing until over a month after I first asked them. AUL also didnt reply to emails from my new management agency requesting an essential document and it took a month of calling and emailing regularly for them to send it. When youre paying over 100 a month in fees to a business you expect them to actually give a you service but Im entirely unsatisfied and want to warn others to stay away from this business.
