I can not recommend this company based on my poor experience and the overwhelming sense of control experienced from the team here. absolute control freaks.

Taking pictures of tenants belongings is breach of contract, google the term Quiet Enjoyment. Telling us how we must live and tidy our clothes is against tenants rights. We rent the property so are entitled to live as we wish as long as its not causing harm or damage, This company has made so many breaches in tenancy that they will be reported to the ombudsman. Taking pics of tenants underwear is deeply disturbing, along with renting property infested with mice it is a shock this company are allowed to operate.

If possible, I would give more stars! Ellie and Alex went above and beyond to help me rent a place before the end-of-year holiday. They understood my situation as a foreigner who had just moved into the UK and were really supportive.

I found the whole service unprofessional from beginning to end, i felt the staff were lacking in knowledge and did not meet my requirements, some even felt over zest that i felt nervous to be around. Overall i dont think i would deal with them again and am glad i found a different agency to use.
