This builder has stolen money from a couple of retired pensioners. Stephen Watts as the builder is known, has taken a deposit of 4800 from a pair of pensioners for building work to be carried out to their home. However no work has materialised and he has refused to return this money; therefore court action has been made against him.
Stephen Watts gained the retired couple's trust and took advantage of these vulnerable pensioners, by stealing, bribing, threatening and manipulating them.
Do not give this builder the time of day, find a reputable and reliable builder who will not run off with your money and take such a large deposit for their work!
