RESPONSE TO EVANS ESTATES REPLY. Really? Such an unexpected response, but I suppose I should not be surprised. Very odd organisation. Called to find out about property management services for two flats in Bristol. Instead got a lesson in poor customer service. The agent couldn't have been less polite on the phone without being outright rude. I put it down to a bad morning but found the charges to be much higher than the main agents and with follow up and paperwork to be unconnected with anything we spoke about on the phone. The whole exercise of contacting them seems in retrospect to have been a complete waste of my valued time.
