Simply the most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I am not sure how they are still allowed to operate in the UK but I am sure it will not be for long. From the start I had concerns about the management team in Bristol and have attempted several times to speak to someone in the central management team in London but was simply ignored. Really dangerous to have your property managed by them...learned it the hard way after my property sustained severe damage because of their miss-management!

Airsorted inspire confidence, I feel like they do their best to look after my house and my interests. These are clearly common interests, but that's not always enough. They are experienced in what they do, but not pushy with it and let us do things as we wish, include write up our place as we wish, though they will do all that for you if you don't want to. Trusting Airsorted is important to us as it is the house we live in, and we rent it out whilst travelling. I was very ambivalent about having anyone else in our house, even more so a series of strangers, but felt confidence in Airsorted and have had only positive experiences so far (and money, which we needed!). It has all definitely been worth it.
