I rented a flat from AA property for two years. The service has been excellent, any urgent problems were handled straight away and I have no complaints whatsoever. The agent was very friendly and even open to suggestions. All along I felt I was dealing with a person and not a massive agency which made the experience all the more pleasant and straightforward. Highly recommended!

AA Residential have provided an excellent service throughout our tennacy. The help we recieved when looking for a property was excellent and the attention to detail was second to none. I would have no hesitation in reccomending them.

Excellent service. The letting agent Aslam came out at 9pm on a Friday evening to fix a minor problem with no extra charge or complaint. Very dependable, flexible and trust worthy. Your deposit is kept safe via the deposit protection scheme and the letting agent released it promptly with no problems. He can also give you advice on local services that will help you. He is happy to give references without delays should you need them. Highly recommended.

Quite brilliant, look no further for an extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, hard working letting agent. He was so helpful with my property and was excellent at marketing it, so proactive, a really excellent service. AA Property have a real passion and talent for property and this makes them so good at the services they offer. Thank you Aslam for all your help and support during letting my property, it was all very greatly appreciated.

I rented a room for a year through AA property services and the experience could not be more positive. It is small letting agency run by one agent, for whom I have nothing but good words. He gathers professionalism and personalised attention. Very helpful and polite, specially keen to solve any problems you may have. He makes the process of renting easier and comfortable. No complaints at all. Highly recommended!! Thank you.
