We rented from Principality for a year, and were very happy with our treatment. The flat was delivered in a good condition, and all maintenance queries throughout were responded to promptly. The staff were respectful and helpful, and we got our full deposit back with no trouble at the end.

Principality Holdings (PH) didn't return any of our deposit when we questioned some of the charges they wanted to make. PH refused our request to use the Deposit Protection Scheme dispute resolution service despite putting our money there. So, we were forced to go to court to get it back. In court we won, PH was found to have overcharged on the majority of items we questioned, we got most of our deposit back and were awarded our costs. The judge found the landlord's conduct to be very poor in certain regards and unacceptable in others. Finally, got our money back more than a year after leaving their property.

Very quick to fix any problems, lovely handyman on board to help out, and no hidden costs/agency fees etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

I believe it's only fair to leave a bad review in return for there bad review we are a cleaning business and was booked in to do a clean in 1 of there properties the day before had a email to change to the following week then the day it was booked in I had a birthday meal planned without me knowing so I changed to the following day then on that day I had a blow out on the m4 could not contact them so I thought I would first thing today and before I had chance they left a bad review if we done it the first time it was booked they would of seen how good we are or at least gave myself chance to contact them
