The apartment above mine is managed by Air360. Due to poor shower design, the tennants of that property have flooded the bathroom twice and the water has poured into my apartment below - it literally looks like it's raining through the ceiling plaster. Both times this has happened Air360 have been extremely disrespectful, they refused to speak to me and clearly didn't care whatsoever because I wasn't the one they made money from. When a handyman finally came over to look at the leak in the flat above, no one bothered calling me to let me know that a handy man was coming over despite me making it extremely clear that I really could have done with advice on what to do and whether the soaking wet plaster would dry out or need replacing etc. Air360 didn't care that my flat looked like it was raining on the inside and they didn't care about my situation whatosoever. I don't rate badly very easily as I know that running small companies is challenging. This however, is just truly disrespectful. This has not happend once...it has happened twice and the same approach laclustre and disrespectful approach was taken.

Had a great stay in Bristol this weekend. The property was perfect and super conveniently located. The air360 team were also super responsive and helpful to all our needs. Would recommend amd would stay again.

Highly recommend if you're looking to rent out your home with peace of mind . Air 360 provided a great service that was really appreciated by us and also by the guests who stayed in our flat.

Air360 did a fantastic job of managing my apartment while I was overseas. The property always got great reviews from the guests and was really well looked after in my absence. Any issues either raised or caused by guests were dealt with or communicated to me in a timely manner. Emily and the team provided a friendly and reliable service, I would recommend them.
