Hillcrest have done a terrible job managing our building. The lift was broken for over a year and the basement flooded due to a broken pipe (that it took them 7 months to find as it was behind a door they didnt open.) we also have a problem with squatters and packages being stolen because they dont change the door code. Please avoid this company.

Hillcrest Estate Management are the WORST i have ever dealt with apart from 39 Henleaze Road Management Company.We moved in 2 years ago and after suffering a brain tumour and my partner having had open heart surgery.Our project was to turn this ex rental flat into our dream home.The freeholder,who is 39 Henleaze Road Management Company,employs substandard contractors, who believes cheap is best.After a year of utter turmoil,he handed the reins to Hillcrest Estate Management .Our problems went from bad to worse.They also believe cheap is best.We,as leaseholders have no say on how the service charge is spent and after endless emails,telephone calls and EVEN ringing the emergency call out desk,the service is non existent,shocking and down right awful.Stay away from using them and dont touch them with a barge pole.Urgent problems,like leaving the building insecure on numerous occasions,they treat as a joke.

My initial contact through the automated system was not successful but when I got in touch by telephone the response was excellent. They couldn't have been more helpful and resolved the issue quickly

Martin Hucker was my property manager for a good few years. He and Hillcrest were always very responsive and got some good work done quickly when we hired them. They are the best management company we had on our block and far better than previous managers, so I can highly recommend them. We were also beginning a large piece of work on the block, which was being managed carefully and skillfully by Martin.
