One of the best business decisions I made was to enroll on a 12 month's mentoring course with Susannah. Her depth of knowledge is phenomenal and she is more than willing to share everything she knows to help others succeed. I met some wonderful people on the course, many who had years more experience than me and, hopefully, we will stay in touch and continue to support each other moving forward. The best property training around - and I've tried a few. The full course is comprehensive and covers all subjects from deal sourcing to property management to raising finance. The support from the team and the one-to-one mentoring from Susannah is amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Although I concede my review will carry more weight once I have significant property success to reflect upon, I have to say that even if I were not to make a penny (NOT my plan!) I would still maintain a favourable review of TGPC. In an 18month investigatory approach into all things property alongside full time employment, I've purchased various training from various sources and Susannah's content is without doubt among the most inspirational, genuine, knowledgable and energised with very real world examples, tips and insights. Dealings with her team have also been a pleasure. As I now make my plans to dive into property flipping as a first strategy, I find that my mindset is a world away from where I was before I first began working through the training. My confidence and ambition regarding property is transformed. The recent transfer of the content to the Kajabi system means it is now a delight to absorb. Stop binge-watching some meaningless drivel on Netflix and binge-watch this stuff instead!
