Adrian Kay came to do our survey. He contacted us the day before to discuss covid precautions. He arrived on time, took our concerns seriously and examined all areas carefully, taking photos as needed. His report was prompt and thorough. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Adrian from Peter Cox did and excellent job for us putting wall ties on the front and back of our house. He was polite, punctual and did a very tidy job allowing us to just get it repainted after. We would highly recommend Peter Cox and would use again going forward Lauren & Matt

I can highly recommend the service I got. I felt total trust in my surveyor Neil,he was very informative and explained everything in layman's terms without me feeling like an idiot. Also the man that did the work Wayne came all the way from Carlisle to carry out the work,travelling over 2 hours at 6 in the morning, he worked tirelessly all day without stopping to eat and in this heat too before travelling back in rush hour. God knows what time he got home. He even put my toilet back and plastered wall. Very tidy job. Very impressed. I don't usually do reviews but I felt I had to. Very grateful. Thank you.

I had Perry Spang come to have a look at my basement flat. He was excellent, very professional and gave me some good sensible advice. The advice was very methodical, going through room by room where the potential problems would be and the solutions. Would recommend again!
