Fantastic school, could do with being a little more consistent with teachers but apart from that, the school is ran very well. The food is great, all staff are friendly.

My daughter absolutely loves this school! This was the only school I viewed in the area which I felt had a feeling of warmth when you walk round. My daughters teachers have all been fab and she has loved them as you would hope. The school currently provides a free breakfast club and after school clubs which is unheard of in this day and age. We have only had one 'issue' which was dealt with promptly and in the correct manner by her teacher and head teacher and I was kept fully informed. The children have been given some fantastic opportunities to take part in so many learning and fun activities arranged by the teachers. Brill school, highly recommend!

This new review is an amendment to the incorrect one star rating that appeared by myself about 8 months ago. I'm not sure how it happened and I believe it was posted by another in error. This mistake has prompted me into giving the correct review in my personal opinion. I have been working with The Kingfisher School for 4 years and during this time I have witnessed the most amazing, continuing improvements in all areas such as it's education, ethos and facilities. This school should fill any existing and potential parent with confidence. The improvements of this school are largely down to the guidance of the CGS Trust senior management and the hard work of the head of school and teaching staff. Currently The Kingfisher school is undergoing a rebuild and I'm sure when its finished it will be a fantastic modern school.
