Opening hours for Post Office are wrong on Google and the Post Office website. Constantly 2 members of staff behind the screen but there is only ever one position open, even when the queue is backing out the door

They make you wait for over 20 minutes and when you get to the counter they tell you that they are closed when they still have ten minutes to deal with you. Absolute shambles!!! Picking up parcels is just as bad. One or two of the assistants are nice but the guy that's there is completely rude. Won't go there again!

Today need to post a letter urgently. Royal Mails website says Stockwood are open. I was greeted by a note on the door to say they are closed till Monday. I then had to drive to Knowle and missed the pick up by 5 minutes. Thank you stockwood for wasting about an hour of my Sunday.
