        Extremely poor service. Post office staff are completely useless. My parcel was given the wrong tracking status, meaning I cannot track it, and it is now lost. A parcel worth 150. She made me spell out every single letter (despite the clear writing) causing massive queues behind me, and she still managed to mess it up and confused the three parcels.
