Shirehampton Post Office

The older woman working there is terribly rude. Won't be using that branch again.

Staff member was appalling. I asked for 2 first class signed which is 2.35 each. He decided to put on special delivery, next day, at 6.85 each. He didn't tell me a price before, telling me before how much it would be. If he would have told me, i would have known it was the wrong one. By the time he had done it all, my Bill was 13.90 and it was too late to change it. I was fuming and embarrassed as I was only expecting just under 5. I asked why its so much, his response, rudly "its next day delivery". He didn't care that the bill was almost three times the amount that I was going to pay and didn't care that I was visibly upset by him telling me the price. First and last time using this branch. Rude, took ages and just rubbish on the whole.

It's very well stocked but unfortunately the staff generally is very arrogant and rude (been 3 times and 2 out of the 3 people were disappointing).

The staff were friendly and helpful. Patiently waited for me to find all my parcels and letters that needed posting. Lots of useful letter and parcel packing paraphernalia as well as a great choice of greeting cards

Haven't had any problems so far, always quick and helpful! I always get a smile but that could be due to my happy face mask my masks never fail to get a smile
