Mangotsfield Post Office

Always used this Post Office as the most local to where I live so very convenient. However, after the service I received during the afternoon of Saturday 5th November 2022 I shall never return again and will use other local alternatives. I had trouble bringing up a QR code on my phone for returning a parcel and instead of allowing me a few more seconds to bring it up on my phone, the young lady serving starting serving the man behind me whilst I was still standing at the counter so I got pushed out of the way and was never given a warning that the man behind was going to barge through. I then had trouble leaving the Post Office as he was blocking my path. Totally unacceptable and disgusting service and was left feeling very upset and stressed afterwards. If you continue to treat regular and loyal customers this way, you will be left with none and I will have no sympathy as it will be of your own doing!!!

Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. I drive past 1 post office to go to this one, because of service.

The dark haired woman who seems to manage/own the place really lets down a team of otherwise lovely staff. She is consistently unfriendly and churlish and offers up the most expensive options at the post office counter even if the customer asks what the cheapest option is. Beware! I see other reviews going back years have mentioned this same lady as well.
