Royal Mail Delivery Office

Missed their delivery on a Monday, booked a redelivery for Wednesday (no option for Tuesday). Failed to turn up on Wednesday so I called them on Thursday. Said they said it was down to staffing issues but no attempt was made to notify me as they dont have a system for that. I was assured it would be delivered that same day Thursday. Failed to turn up again so I called them that evening and filed a complaint. Ive contacted them again today Friday and Ive been told I would be receiving it today so lets see if I get lucky. Its a real shame to see such a poor level of service from Royal Mail, especially considering the exceptional service from their competitors. Future purchases will only be made from companies that dont deliver through Royal Mail.

You show up with your missed delivery card, collect your package and thats it. Ignore these folks on about no parking or waiting around or whatever else. Yes it does feel like purgatory but who goes there expecting The Ritz.

Although a bit of a trek to get to, this delivery office is in a useful place for people who live in Fishponds. The staff here are friendly and responsive, they are happy to help whenever needed.

If Royal Mail Bristol fail to deliver to your door you must deal with the fact you must go to the worst located delivery office I've ever encountered. Once there, if driving you'll find there is no parking almost permanently.
