        Astonishingly Ruud owner. Horrible customer service. The elder owner has absolutely disgusting attitudes. He Chooses to be nice to certain customers. Give the most blunt response. Im a regular and Ive come across a few times of their unpleasant acts- not coming for their service again. Thats not how you run a business- it runs on customer satisfactory.
