Gloucester Road Post Office

10/10 post office. Great service with super friendly staff. I regularly use this post office and pretty shocked by some of the reviews. I have been served by every staff member here and they always are extremely helpful and happy. I probably go weekly at a variety of times and have been served instantly up to within 15 minutes. Yes there may sometimes be a queue at lunch but find a post office that doesn't. Going to the post office isn't the most joyous task however the people in the Glos road one really make an effort to make it as stress free as possible and I appreciate them! If you don't like it here I would suggest going to the one on Cotham Hill because that will ground your opinions somewhat and make you appreciate the care that goes into the Glos road brand!

Went here to deposit some cash. Asked how much I had on answering the woman assistant rolled her eyes. Never even said thank you for my service. If you get her she looks like a squatt Uncle Fester in a head scarf with a 5 o'clock shadow.

There is one cashier at this PO who is OK . . . at a push. The others just can't be bothered to the point of rudeness. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience to their beverage drinking. I only go to this branch for convenience and definitely not for the friendly banter. Update - the staff have changed and are very slightly better.
