        Recently had Andy at one of my flats to replace all the cistern parts in the toilet before the new tenant moved in.Andy managed to fit me in last minute to do the job. He also fitted an odd sized bath panel which I was struggling to find at our local DIY stores. Andy carried out the job quickly to a very high standard, even used a vacuum to suck up excess water. His quick response to my needs as a landlord, fixing a problem, with the least amount of hassle to the tenant I can't rate highly enough, and I will be calling on him again.
