        Quoted for a job that involved excavation and removal of a whole underground piece of pipe. Accepted on this basis. Came round with an adapter and rodding cap, cut a few bits of plastic pipe and fitted together, which meant the job was much simpler than quoted. I had specifically asked if this could be done during the quoting process, and was told it could not. Charged the full amount and continue to argue that the job was performed as quoted. 465 for a few hours work!
