        These guys are absolute crooks. Please avoid them at all costs. I had a burst pipe, charge out etc was 184. They didnt have the necessary parts to resolve there (after arriving two hours late) and then but assured me Id be first on the list the next day. A no-showa few dishonest messages about theyll be with me in an hour, then another one saying in two hoursagain no-show. I was left with a big hole in my wall, no central heating and hot water with two young children when it was chilly. I ended up having to get a different plumber to come in to fix a 10 minute job for a professional and now its impossible to get a refund with constant fobbing me off saying someone will contact me. Whilst its not much money for a company, as someone with a young family on a tight budget having two lots of plumber bills for one job so my family can wash and have heat is not ok. Im sure its down to the professionalism of the plumber supplied but this is unacceptable- no refund or resolution around month or so after the issue. Avoid these guys and stick to local self-run businesses. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair, Heating equipment repair & installation
