Difficult to work with, dont follow simple instructions. Wouldnt recommend. The workmen they sent was good but the admin side is terrible.

Work done was well done and reasonably priced, but failed to sort out our problem, which was rectified by employing another company. (They replaced a thermostat that we believe wasn't faulty, but failed to spot a faulty sensor that was the problem) But main problem is the late invoicing - the bill was sent almost a year late - Seems to be common theme with this company now looking at past reviews.

Asked for phone call before coming didn't happen then turned up when wife was there I called to speak to him but was told no and he won't come back lady raised voice with me and was very rude not professional and compleat waist of time. just spoke to director who also and ranted down phone telling me to change review he staff where rude and put phone down on me so glad this has happened now and not after work carried out

Awful company, Charged in-laws twice for not doing job asked, Charges not clear and charged 174 to unblock a downpipe. Use others
