Absolutely brilliant! MPW have done a few small jobs for us but recently replaced our old back boiler heating system and we couldn't be happier! We were pleasantly surprised how neat, tidy and respectful the team were whilst installing the system. They arrived on time and took the time to properly explain all options and figued out ways to cause the least disruption to our home. Also MPW actually talked me down from a more expensive boiler that wasn't needed saving us a lot of money.

Couldn't ask for better service. Came to my dad's in less than 20 minutes of calling them out. Very good service and really happy men that came. Reset my dad's boiler and free of charge. Will definitely be using them again and spreading the word. Great company keep up the good work! Thanks a million and thanks to the girl in the office very nice service from her too! I was originally told that it would be 80 for a call out, they had good reviews and they could do it next day so I went with them. The plumber came round and he was friendly and Im sure this wont be his fault but he told me there was in fact noise coming from under the bath which is why I called upand that a pipe was most likely leaking but he couldnt tell me more as it was under concrete. He took some photos of under the bath and said he would speak to his boss. I was then told his boss would come round in 4 days ( including a weekend) later to do more investigation and give me a quote for the works. The weekend passes whilst this leak continues I then receive a phone call later this afternoon cancelling saying that the boss will not be coming round to look and give me a quote as they dont have any availability till after Christmas, obviously not being able to leave the leak till then. And then let me know that the price they gave me quoting 80 wasnt including vat. So now I am left with a leak that has been going on for an extra 4 days now and all I have been told is yes there is a noise coming from under the bath! In times like these its really soul crushing to be spending 100 for literally nothing to be done. Service: Plumbing leak detection
