Avoid at all costs.... Bristol Drains are very quick to take payment in advance for drain surveys but sadly not as forthcoming to provide you with the report. We had to contact them on numerous occasions and were fobbed off with promises of when we would receive the report. Eventually after 2 weeks of waiting they sent a report that didn't even mention the crack that was causing the damp problem. Whoever wrote the report didn't even notice it even though it's there on the photos. No quote for the work, no apology for the ridiculous delay. Really very poor and unprofessional.

Bristol Drains booked us in swiftly for our drain blockage problem. Jack was sent out to us and was fantastic - professional, polite, thorough and evidently knew what he was talking about. He sorted the issue and even gave some Mrs Hinch-style life hacks on how to keep the drains fresh and in good working order. Thank you, Jack and thank you, Bristol Drains Ltd.

I dont have a clue as to the expertise with drains, but they do appear to park their vans like theyve been abandoned. Today I had the privilege of waiting over 30 minutes for one of their engineers to move his van, which he had parked half in a pavement on a 1 way street he wasnt working in, completely blocking it (there was enough room for small cars, but not the 14 tonne bin lorry). I repeatedly phoned the office (so did at least 1 other person stuck in the queue) only tobe told he would be 4 or 5 minutes or he was picking something up. Strangely, he wasnt carrying anything when he did appear and then blamed the other cars which were parked (you know, the other cars which werent in the way and parked with some resemblance of thought can care). So cheers for today Bristol Drains LTD, stick to riding the bus.
