        We noticed an overflowing a drain near the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon and called Ross citing that it wasn't an emergency. He said that he would be able to fit us in the next day. On arrival, he detected the problem quickly and sorted the blockage, which would have become a real problem if left longer. Quick, polite, all round good service. Would definitely recommend and use again.
