        We called Terry out to my parents house as we had a bad smell of gas. Terry attended very quickly, turned off gas ,made property safe, while he investigated, he found it was a cracked sewer pipe, ventilated the property and blocked gases entering the property, my parents are elderly and he dident leave til they were happy and safe . Terry was friendly, efficent and informed us of process as he went along, would highly recommend him.
