Young Mike

Mike did a fantastic job with the refurbishment of our shower room. His quote was fair and the quality of the finished product is excellent. He and Jackie were responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, even to the extent that Mike was happy to come back and replace a faulty toilet (which was not his fault) after the installation had been completed. Mike and his wife have been amazing so far. His quote was fair, and his responses to my emails have been consistent and on time. He has arrived on time everyday since he started the work. Jackie is in constant contact with me about schedules and prices. My bathroom looks amazing and he has done it with care and precision. He is a lovely gentleman who has told me what he is doing every step of the way. The people he has used are fairly priced and have done a great job (Plasterer, Electrician, Carpenter and Tiler). I will be using Mike again for my downstairs bathroom soon. This bathroom will be the best thing for me as I've not had any work since 2002.... Hello Mike, I know youll read this, but seeing as you do not reply to any of my emails and no longer take my calls, I dont expect a response. I wanted to let you know that I have now resolved the issues you left in my bathroom myself. The bathroom, for the first time since you worked on it, is now useable without leaking, and without causing further water damage to my house. It smarts, that you should take my money fail to provide a functioning bathroom, and ignore my attempts to contact you about it but atleast now I can move on, and begin with each passing day to become less angry at the appalling service you have provided. I will no longer attempt to contact you. This email will, however, be posted by way of a review of your work so that others may be warned of my experience and to make me feel a tiny bit better about spending my own time correcting the mistakes you made, and were happy to wash your hands of.
