        I would give this 0 ratings but since that's not the case, I've never had a problem with this place but I have just ordered 2 chciken burgers and some onion rings, all of it tastes and smells disgusting. There was black bits in the chicken burgers, the onion rings had a vile taste. The chicken burgers aren't supposed to have black bits in them and they are NOT supposed to smell the way they did. Rang up to get a refund on our order and you could tell they were hesitant to give us one, making all these excuses about how they can't give us a refund till after 7. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

        I've only been with New Horizons for a short while but I am more than happy with the food (hot & delicious) delivered on time.The homemade chilli is to die for.
