We went to get food for a table off 8 and the restaurant was almost empty but they couldn't push two tables together or open up the other side to seat us I just don't know how they could turn almost 80 of business away

Waited at the door for 10 minutes. Tried to order on the app but it wouldn't work and it took another 20 minutes to get someone's attention to let them know I hadn't been able to order. Finally ordered and it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive but the drinks took 20 minutes. Cancelled off my deserts and left as my son had enough of waiting by this point. All in it cost 47 for me and my 6 year old (far too expensive considering you dont get table service) salad bar wasn't explained to us and there was a real sense of no one cares at the restaurant. 1 highlight was the guy who bought the food over, he seemed to be the only one out of the 8 members of staff I counted to actually be doing any work. Maybe get him to train up some of the others. G

Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of veggie pizza's as you choose your own toppings, definitely go for Triple cheese Kid-friendliness: We had lots of kids with us and the staff were great towards them. Shame they took away the ice cream machine and pasta Parking: Mum is disabled and there are plenty of disabled bays Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp heading straight to the entrance and there is a Kaspa's desserts next door Dietary restrictions: See menu
