        I purchased a two for one voucher on the website, but was unable to use it to book a class. I contacted the studio on email, telephone and Facebook message, while they did respond once they didnt provide any guidance on how to use the voucher. I have since emailed twice asking for a refund and called several times, but have not heard back. Its such a shame as it sounds like a lovely studio but ignoring emails and not answering the phone is really disappointing.

        Fantastic Pilates Studio The teachers here are great, they care about how you move and ensure you get the best from the class. I always finish a class feeling strong and stretched!
