I love finishing my week with Jess's pilates for runners class! Jess manages to combine fun and informative facts in her classes which offer a diverse range of exercises, suited for all levels and which vary week to week. She offers technique advice and cues which help to get your form right, especially online! I highly recommend these classes for anyone looking to improve their running performance and strenghten all the areas that matter to make you run better, faster and longer!

I am a latecomer to Pilates, although I'd often thought of trying it. Jessie's classes are perfect for beginners and those who are very familiar with pilates because she offers a range of classes and also within her classes different levels of difficulty that you can experiment with. They are so easy to follow, she explains things so clearly and I've found them to be the perfect accompaniment to strength training. After each session I feel calmer in my mind and also so much more in touch with my body. The flexibility of being able to do the online classes is also brilliant.
