        I was recommended to do Pilates by my doctor due to medical reasons, and following reading all the good reviews I contacted Soul Pilates. I began my 1:1 sessions with Katy at the City Centre a few weeks ago and I have just one word - amazing! I didn't know what to expect when I arrived, but she made me feel very welcome , comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend.
