My longstanding back problems were helped enormously by 2 years of Pilates with Katherine. When the inevitable happened and I needed major surgery on my lumber spine I was able to rehabilitate much more quickly because my body was in such great shape. I was back with Katherine just 4 weeks after surgery and her skills enabled me to get back to work 1 month after that. I cannot thank her enough for the help and support she has given me throughout the time. The physio described me as a star pupil because I had great core strength and flexibility all thanks to Katherine and Pilates!

I love Katherine's classes. I go to the ones at her home and they are small so that you get lots of individual attention. Katherine is really good at explaining what your body should be doing in a movement, which is so important if Pilates is going to work for you. Highly recommend.

I'd never done Pilates before, and when I first went along to one of Katherine's sessions I wasn't sure what to expect. She put me at ease straight away, and was always encouraging and patient. I soon began to feel the benefits and, having disliked any kind of 'exercise' all my life, I am suprised to find myself really looking forward to my weekly Pilates session. I now go to Katherine's studio where there are a max of 4 per group which is absolutely brilliant. She explains everything really clearly, and adjusts the content and pace of the session to suit the group. We even get to use her Pilates machine, the 'reformer', which sounds a bit scarey but is wonderful. Highly recommended for nervous first timers like me or those with more experience of Pilates.
