        I have only just started here but Elle made me feel so welcome right from the start. I had never done any reformer Pilates before but everyone made me feel so at ease I soon lost my initial anxiety about what I was doing! Would thoroughly recommend.

        A lovely studio with amazing teachers. Everyones so friendly and the classes are small enough that things can be personally tailored to you if theres any bits your body isnt able to manage. Pilates has massively helped me with my lower back pain and I really enjoy the classes. Thank you!

        From the first session at BPS we have felt welcomed, encouraged and supported! Classes have always been appropriate and tailored to the abilities of the class they are teaching. If you haven't tried Pilates why not give it a go. You won't find a more helpful or friendly place to start than BPS.
