        I took my first 'reformer' lesson with Helen yesterday, who was very careful to explore relevant background, particularly with regard to my age and recent shoulder injury, before we started to use the machine. We adapted a few exercises/stretches where necessary. Having never done Pilates before despite being very active and 'sporty', I was rather surprised at the end of the lesson to find just how hard I had worked! It was great class and Helen proved to be an excellent, patient and observant teacher. Soul Pilates' space is equally impressive and adds to the whole experience. Calm and well-being were also 'take-away' thoughts. I'm looking forward to my next class! Di Martin

        I had a 1:1 Alice and it was amazing. My first time using the reformer equipment and she was really lovely and made me feel super comfortable. I am looking forward to participate in group classes going forward.
