My wife buys me the lovely pies to eat at home. Unbelievably they are even better in the surroundings of the beautiful St Nicholas market - I recommend the Kate and Sidney with mash and peas!

Pies were really fantastic, accompanied with great mash and gravy. The limited Tikka pie had a great curry flavour which worked perfectly in a pie. The market is also a lovely place to sit and people watch, or admire the architecture. The top of the Moo was maybe burnt onions? Im not sure what it was, but it was really bitter and ruined the crust flavour for me. Also as good as they were - 17 for a couple pies with mash, in a marketplace, was a bit higher than Id like to pay. Happy to pay that kinda price in a warm restaurant, but with the lack of heating semioutdoors on a cold day Still a solid 4 stars.

Absolutely amazing, best place to get pies always friendly helpful staff, quality of pies is out of this world, selection of pies available is very good. Just wish I could visit more often
