        I have seen both Simon who is the owner and a very experienced physio and Lucy who is an expert in sports massage. Both helped massively during my training for a marathon, including an injury that crept up just two weeks before. Their advice and treatment meant I was able to complete the race. Highly recommend.

        My massage with Lucy was definitely the best massage I've ever had! She listened to my needs, focused on them and made me feel totally at ease. Also her massage wax is excellent!
