Excellent - I got lots of insight into why my issues with neck and back joints were occurring, and methods to help so I didn't have to rely on physio. The physio I have had was very helpful however, and I've returned since for further treatment if needed.

Presented with a tricky set of problems that have been diagnosed and being treated with simple and effective exercises that I can seemelessly blend with daily activity. Highly recommended - John is a genius!

John is not only incredible knowledgeable and professional but his friendly, easy to talk to demeanor ensures you really understand and take on board all the information. Not only has he helped my dislocated knee problems, and subsequently my recurring back pain, but he's given me a toolkit of knowledge and exercises to ensure I can avoid any problems in future and correct them if they do arise. Would highly recommend!
