        Excellent experience today. The gentleman in shop tried his best to help in taking my 16 month old passport picture. He was extremely nice and polite. Really impressed by his help.

        I went to get my photos taken for the last stage of a Canadian PR visa and despite handing the operative a sheet with all the dimensions of the required photographs on it she insisted on referencing her computer and told me that she knew what she was doing, I've been contacted by the embassy to say they were wrong. I partially blame myself for not taking a ruler but then again, i'm not the "professional" photographer. I tried calling but no one answered the phone. Just a bad service in general and possibly some more training is needed, then again I did give her the sheet with the dimensions so possibly some more care could be taken too.
