Putting people's lives at risk. Won't even answer the phone to the doctor to see what has gone wrong with my prescription. Should be closed down immediately.

Nobody ever answers the phone? Its hung up on or says user busy. Also asked if my prescription was there months ago and they said no we dont have any so I spend hours back and fourth with them and my doctors. Sort out a new prescription. Go to pick it up and then I am told that theyve had 4 lots of that medication waiting for me to collection for 8 months ???

So far waiting 13 days for my antidepressants and thyroxine. Criminal. Withholding my treatment is not their choice. I will change ASAP and hope they go out of business. Utterly irresponsible.

Tried to phone them today and after numerous phone calls they didnt answer z. The phone cuts off after 20 rings. Very poor service.

Staff seem overstressed and given how busy it is there is normally only one person on the till - I have found staff to be usually polite and efficient but have been in twice this week and both times I and other customers have been quite abruptly asked to write down our names? I dont think my name is that hard to understand, but may be down to their stress levels. As the main pharmacy on north st that many locals use, it likely needs a more efficient system.
