Went there tonight after getting prescription from my dentist for an infection in my tooth, the male pharmacist told me it did not have enough info, went back to long Ashton to get it filled out as it did not have my details on, went back to pharmacy and he still would not accept it, very rude man went staright to Asda and they accepted it. Think he needs to know how to treat people and not talk down to them.

My son has lost 600 by missing his flight due to being unable to have his covid test done at lloyds sainsbury's in Ashton due to no pharmacist being available even though he had a appointment booked will lloyds compensate him for his Lose ?

Once again this morning (a busy Saturday morning) there is NO pharmacist on duty so no prescriptions can be issued, nor any non prescription tablets sold over the counter. This is appalling service and totally unacceptable. This is becoming an alarmingly frequent occurrence and I would suggest that, if Lloyds can't staff the branch properly, they should shut it down.
