Incompetent. I come here regularly as I have no choice for some of my prescriptions can only be picked up here stipulated by consultant. Every single time without fail There is an issue. The latest is waiting 2 hours only to be told they missed the second page of the prescription so had to wait longer for them to sort that too. Unacceptable. How can you miss a physical page handed to you to dispense medication?!

Really poor service - trying to arrange a delivery of medications which was due over a week ago. I missed the original delivery because the driver didin't wait long enough for me to get to the door. I've tried every day since to contact them but the phone is either engaged or rings out until the answerphone comes on but you cannot leave a message. I've no idea what to do next. 12 months on. My injections are overdue and I'm waiting for delivery, I waited in all day on friday and today (monday) no show. Tried calling, no one answers. Really bad service

Been trying to call Very bad response if any trying to answer a callback request. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. NEXT DAY WAS SORTED THANKS TO ALL CONCERNED JUST FINISHED 10 LOTS OF CHEMOTHERAPY TREATMENT. IT'S NOT THERE FAULT MAY BE A LITTLE MORE HELP. MANING THE PHONES??

Does not do community GP prescriptions, only hospital ones. How you are supposed to know this, I have no idea - I had 20 minutes waiting to be told this, but no signage to stop me queuing unnecessarily

You can get that prescription filled at any other pharmacy except this one.. Says it all. Very poor.
