        I was struggling to get my prescription medication from boots, who said the manufacturer was out of stock. Boots weren't helpful and told me to look elsewhere. This pharmacist was excellent and managed to order my medicine without any problems. Needless to say, I was impressed!!

        Absolutely shocking! Never get an order correct, and thats if they can be bothered to process it in the first place.

        Over the last year they have only once been able to complete an online order with 76 hours of the order being Authorised by my Doctors practice. Various reasons given are: our supplier is out of stock The supplies only arrived last night Short of staff I witnessed other customers being shorted on there supply of medication such as Lansoprazole. Whilst I am able to go elsewhere many others cant.
