Sorry to say, pharmacy gone downhill. Lack of staff and always a queue, with a waiting time of upto 30mins at times. I had a repeat prescription and went to collect 3 days after being approved...waited in queue for 10mins and finally when it was my turn and expecting my prescription to be bagged and on the shelf, i was amazed to see staff picking my prescription and then was told it had to be checked by the pharmacist....how long with that take I asked...about 20 to 25mins was the reply due to the queue! Same situation the following day and the day after, even today, on Saturday. Support your local amenities is the cry...I try, but with this service, it makes it difficult. So to the management...please take note and take steps to address this. Certainly, considering having future prescriptions sent elsewhere, I am not the only one to be complaining about this.

Rubbish Pharmacy. My husbands prescription is never ready and always short of medication. They have had the most recent prescription for four days.

Premises are too small, not enough staff to deal with the high volume of prescriptions coming in to be dispensed, different pharmacist every week, no member of staff on the counter because it's so busy with prescriptions resulting in a very slow service. Whatever system they have it's certainly not working, it's total chaos! Even the smoke detector needs new batteries, been beeping for over a year! I changed to Shaunaks in Hanham High Street and had no issues whatsoever. Oldland could learn a lot from Shaunaks!
