Awful. Every single time I went to buy medicine /cream they never had on stock. It happened 3 times now, today I sent my friend to buy something for flu and apparently nothing is on stock. For flu. Even in Lidl you can find pills. What are you open for? What pharmacy is this if you actually dont have anything on stock?

I attended the pharmacy after being referred from NHS 111 with a fever and an incredibly throat to the point I was unable to swallow. The pharmacist very quickly dismissed me telling me that I didn't have any infection after looking in my throat very quickly. I went home and continued to be very unwell for 3 days after I attended at the pharmacy. My baby daughter was also very sick with the same illness and neither of us were getting better. Eventually we were diagnosed with a Strep A infection when we took our daughter to be seen. I would not trust the pharmacist that I saw with any ailments again. Which is disappointing considering 111 referred me here.

If you go to collect your prescription it'll be out of stock, and if you book a flu jab there'll be a sign when you get there saying they can't do flu jabs, please try elsewhere. If you don't want either of those things and just need some vitamins then bring cash as it's a 50% chance the card machine's broken. Otherwise it's ok, if you don't mind the overall vibe of a shop that was abandoned in 1982 and just rediscovered this morning. If you do like that vibe, you're in luck, as you'll enjoy it day after day after day as the staff tell you that your prescription might be in tomorrow, or maybe the day after, or possibly next week.

It's such a shame that this pharmacy cannot provide a good service. I'm not sure what the situation is but I do feel for the staff as they are doing their best. But it really is pretty bad. I have also had the experience - as mentioned in another review - of being given half my prescription, then when collecting the other half and them still having none in stock, being told I can't take my prescription to another pharmacy because they've already dispensed half of it. Therefore meaning I need to contact my gp surgery to get another prescription sent. It's true that they are very often shut when they are supposed to be open - multiple times I have seen vulnerable people visibly upset and worried standing outside the shut store - because they can't get their medication and they are unable to contact the staff as the phone is never answered. I have called at multiple times in the day - on all sorts of days - with nobody picking up. I realise things are difficult and challenging at the moment - but Lloyd's really need to help this pharmacy out! They are clearly struggling! Literally just after posting this I've seen news reports within the last few days of Lloyd's having to withdraw pharmacies from many Sainsburys due to government cuts. This is so sad and I am very sorry to hear this.
